Jun Chen: Archibald portraits
Woodridge artist, Jun Chen, is one of a very small number of Queensland artists whose work has been accepted into the prestigious annual Archibald Prize Exhibition held at the Art Gallery of New South Wales. This exhibition will feature all 9 portraits that have been exhibited from 2006 to 2021, as well as others that were included in the Salon des Refusés selected each year by the S.H. Ervin Gallery in Sydney.
Robert Burgess: Paint on!
Having taught art and exhibited widely in Australia and overseas, Marsden artist, Robert Burgess, presents his first exhibition of abstract paintings at Logan Art Gallery.
Kate Douglas: Remnants of the past
This exhibition of paintings and works on paper showcases Queensland’s rich heritage, featuring historical buildings and artefacts which still exist today in our community.
The Regional Arts Development Fund (RADF) is a partnership between Queensland Government and Ipswich City Council to support local arts and culture in regional Queensland.
Wunderpeach (Nadine Schmoll and Tessie Liddell): A coral community
A coral community is an interactive installation created by artist collective Wunderpeach that combines sculpture and animation with art and science, to inspire wonder and curiosity of our marine environment. Visitors are immersed in an underwater world that includes sculpture by Nadine Schmoll and hand drawn animation by Tessie Liddell.
This project is supported by the Regional Arts Development Fund, a partnership between the Queensland Government and Logan City Council to support local arts and culture in regional Queensland.
