Get Up and Have a Go!
Have you got what it takes to make an audience laugh? Our Open Mic Night is the perfect opportunity for aspiring local comedians to enter the spotlight.
Email entertainment@logan.qld.gov.au to register for a chance to perform on the night and enter the competition to be selected as a support artist for our mainstage program Comedy@The Butter Factory in March featuring international comedians Al Del Bene and Landry plus Frida DeGuise.
Your MC for the night is Jo Gowda, an Indian-born comedian who captivates audiences with her razor-sharp wit and playful humour. Jo was a finalist in the esteemed RAW comedy competition in both 2019 and 2020.
Come along to cheer on a friend or enjoy a night of laughter while supporting local and emerging comedians. Whether you’re a seasoned jokester or just curious, this is your moment to shine.
The next Comedy Open Mic Night will be held Friday 9 May so if you miss this be sure to catch the next one! The second Comedy@The Butter Factory for 2025 will be held Saturday 28 June with a whole new line-up of comedians – soon to be announced!
Held in the mezzanine area of KBF.
