About Logan Arts
Logan Arts – connecting creative Logan

Big Sculpture
The Cairns Indigenous Art Fair’s Big Sculpture touring exhibition is a captivating showcase, presenting the cultural talents of emerging and prominent artists.
At the heart of this exhibition are large-scale commissioned works that stand as testaments to the artists’ profound connection to culture, land, and heritage. Through the masterful use of modern and repurposed materials, the sculptures not only reflect artistic prowess but also echo a commitment to sustainability and innovation.

Rosie Lloyd-Giblett
Rosie Lloyd-Giblett is an environmental artist who creates work plein-air. Her exhibition is inspired by time spent at Eagleby Wetlands. Rosie’s observation of birds and fauna have been energetically translated into expressive drawings, collages, artist books, and videos creating a dynamic exhibition in Logan Art Gallery’s Project Space.
Eagles Eye
Eagleby State School
Eagles Eye is an exhibition of aerial landscape artworks on paper by year 3 and 4 students from Eagleby State School. Drawing inspiration from how Australian artists represent the landscape, and by using images from Google Maps, each student has reimagined their environment through bold shapes and vibrant colours.
30-Year anniversary collection showcase
Over the gallery’s 30-year history, Logan City Council has acquired many artworks for the Logan Art Collection. Through 2025 many of these acquired pieces will be presented in the Gallery’s foyer spaces. This is a rare opportunity to see artworks from the collection including a number of community favourites.
